The Juneau Hotel is a gem. I’ve never seen so clean a hotel as this and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We needed to extend our stay and, even though the hotel was booked solid, we were able to stay until my husband recovered from a COVID infection.

We had a fantastic stay at the Juneau Hotel. Our room was clean and smelled clean and fresh as well. It was spacious and had a great kitchen. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in the room was convenient. My husband particularly enjoyed the excellent water pressure. The staff were all friendly and made us feel very welcome.
The hotel’s location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown and the Gastineau Channel. We would rate our experience a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it!

All the staff were esp. friendly and helpful. A nice local feel. The suite was large and comfortable. Good to have space to spread out and to have a kitchen. A short walk to IGA/Foodland to get take out or food items. Nice walk along the water.
