After my son and I were unceremoniously booted off Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) because my son had a nervous breakdown and NCL didn’t know how to deal with it, we stayed at Juneau Hotel. It is within walking distance to downtown. The bed is big and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. It includes a bedroom, living room and kitchen. The in-room washer and dryer were greatly appreciated for laundry. The staff are friendly and responsive.
