“We came for business and held an employee training in one of the conference rooms for rent. The staff set it all up and made sure we had everything we needed. Even with technical difficulty of using their projector, the staff assisted every step. Our room was very large and extremely clean. Staff were all very professional. When we asked for extra towels or supplies, they got it for us right away. We had interactions with the office staff, housekeeping and the front desk and everyone was helpful and kind. “We booked this motel in downtown to try to capture the true heritage of Alaska. The hotel is old and has its quirks. This only added to the experience. I loved the old time feel to the place.
